My husband and I have always enjoyed our wonderful dinners at The Goring Hotel Restaurant and last Friday was no exception. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and our expert waiter Antoine was helpful and knowledgeable. After a glass...More

Located just around the corner from Buckingham Palace, The Goring has been serving tea for 100-odd years, and we’re pretty sure that the actual Queen pops in for a cuppa once in a while. The stately home vibe means that this afternoon tea is dead...More

Afternoon tea was wonderful. Staff was attentive. The room was beautiful-had a view of the garden- we would have asked to sit in the garden area but it was raining.

Friendly and smart, with beautiful surroundings and good food. You don't have to book in the bar area and it overlooks a pretty garden. In fine weather you can sit outside. An upmarket place suitable for any special occasion.

More like a gentlemen's club than a bar because of the elegant and plush furnishing. Very comfortable and relaxing with good service but foreign staff struggled a little with special orders.

Seated easily after our meal in the hotel restaurant. Bar staff very friendly & knowledgeable. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails, served quickly with considerable style. Highly recommended

The bar is red, with a gold painted ceiling and looks splendid. The list of drinks, cocktails is extensive and the waiting staff are charming.

I recently did a favor for a couple of friends who lost a member of their office staff, and they, in return, surprised me with Afternoon Tea at the Goring. One of our mutual friends stays at the Goring whenever she is in London and...More

I had not been in this room for some time but was agreeably surprised by the aircon (very hot day in London), the facilities for powerpoint presentations, the ease of access to the garden and the comfort of the chairs. Add to this impeccable service...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
