Superb curry lunch - starter, main course, popadoms - for under £10. Simple food but beautifully cooked. Lamb tasty and meltingly tender. Staff friendly and attentive. Facilities spotless. And in the midst of unmissable Brick Lane. Thoroughly recommend.

Watered down beers, took ages to get orders placed, gross carpet and overall very poor service! These guys obviously try to take advantages of tourists and groups of lads by agreeing a deal on the door and then trying to go back on it. After what is the worst service I've ever experienced they had the nerve to add 10%... More

One of the original curry houses on Brick lane and once the worlds best curry house. Great staff who are quick and polite and always good to chat with. The "blast" dishes are really out of this world and unique to the Aladin. Drinks are great as it's take your own, the waiters will even get them from the off... More

This was quite a find. After seeing this restaurant on Trip Advisor, my husband and I ventured down Brick Lane. We are so glad that we stuck to our guns, despite all of the choices on the way. The service was the best we had in London- polite, warm, and attentive, despite being incredibly busy. We had the vindaloo and... More

This place is a cattle market you can't hear yourself think let alone have a conversation. We booked in advance were shown to the basement room featured on the website and left without ordering after 5 minutes. Shoulder to shoulder dining is not my thing. The carpet is disgusting you really need to wipe your feet on the way out!

Came for a curry with my family, despite the loud music and and loud customers the food was great and the family enjoyed the atmosphere. The best bit for me was being able to bring my own beers in!

Aladin has one of the best kurma (korma) I've tried and all the currys in their menu are available with vegetables but unfortunately the service and the state of the restaurant... is a little bit lacking on a value for money scale. We went for the £13 menu and asked for some popadoms which were overly priced and the service... More

The best curry I had in years. The king prawn moducash was just mind blowing! Took my family here, they all loved it. :)

Excellent for a group party! Had a fantastic time at Aladin, everyone really enjoyed themselves and the service was amazing! I had the Butter Chicken, which was again amazing! Great taste to it. Will be back soon

Classic Brick Lane experience; we weren't that fussed about which place we went into but ended up in Aladin simply because we were tired of being accosted. They offered us "free drinks" and a £12.95 starter + main deal. Soon found out drinks didn't include alcohol. Took ages to get served - it was a Thursday night, extremely rowdy and... More
