My wife has a poor back and requires a soft bed .A lot of hotel beds are quite hard ,are the beds soft (,or can be made soft ) ? Also are the balconies able to be sat in or just a small fixture with no entry . How small is small ,room wise ?

My wife also has trouble sleeping on many hotel beds due to being too firm/hard.If we travel in UK by car we take a duvet and put on bed if too hard and so many hotels are,especially budget ones . B&B are usually softer and... More
