My sister and I visited London last year and loved the port house so much, we visited on our London weekend again this year! Food is lovely, prices are reasonable, the food came fast and the staff are very welcoming. See you next year! Xx

My mum and I came here after reading the great reviews. The staff were very friendly but the food had much to be desired. Make sure you order lots as the portions are there tiny! We left still hungry. I can't say it was a taste sensation either. Nothing stood out as delicious. Also be prepared to eat in the... More

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant to celebrate a late Valentine's Day meal. I'm a fan of tapas and found this to be the highest-rated Spanish restaurant in London - I thought this must be a sure thing. Unfortunately this did not prove to be the case. I didn't mind the wait for a table in the slightest, this... More

We stopped here twice for a quick dinner before theater. Both outstanding experiences. Small space but the dark lighting and exposed masonry walls make a pretty setting; high energy but not too noisy. Efficient friendly service. Asparagus, goat cheese salad, spinach and potatas bravas were all huge hits. The port was perfectly chilled. We'll be back.

Fed up of the same chains in London tourist spots? Then try the Port House on the Strand towards the Trafalgar square end, probably a 5 minute walk from the square. Cosy atmosphere with 2 levels and bar area to queue / drink. We went in on a Saturday at 5 and it was quite busy. We waited for a... More

Really amazing restaurant for tapas. It is very small and so you could be waiting as they don't take reservations unless you are a party of 10+. We came on sat around 5pm and we were seated straight away. Service is really good, very attentive. Food was great and amazing and came out so quickly! The dishes are small (as... More

Popped in at about 6:15, and it was crowded (saturday). Five minute wait till a table opened. This is a tapas place, and it is good. Loved the calamari, potatos bravas, and octopus. Cod croquettes were so-so. Nice Spanish white wine in 50ml carafe. Would definitely return.

I loved this place ~ beautiful little dishes of yumminess accompanied by a gorgeous port flight. It's cosy and has a holiday vibe about the place. We were surprised how cheap our bill was ~ we plan to visit again soon x
