Sat upstairs and ordered Jasmine tea, dim sum and waited for our friend to arrive. We weren't rushed which was nice. Had honey lemon chicken, fun malayan flat noodles, pork in a spicy sauce and king prawn sechzuan. All lovely. Had to try morning glory (it was a girls night out after all). Turned out to be a type of... More

I visit them yesterday, very terrible experience. The staff is rude, claim they are not 5 star restaurant, do not expect service. On the bill, they charge for services. Complain to a manager, got no results. When you get in, you feel you are not welcome immediately. Just want to a quick meal and leave. They asked me to share... More

We roamed around Chinatown looking for dinner and soon noticed that one restaurant was more or less the same compared to the one next door. Never had I been to a large city Chinatown where every restaurant had an identical menu posted outside. It's like going to Rome and seeing the same pasta dishes advertised at every entrance. Travelling for... More

The bf and I spotted this place as we were exploring China Town. The first thing we saw was how fresh the food looked. When we went in it was very busy but we were seated very quickly which was great. The staff were all running around to make sure that the food was well stocked as it was an... More

We were in London 7 days and we had 3 dinners at Young Cheng. (we had dinner at another well known, up (1) scale Chinese restaurant and it's a big mistake.) The dishes are fair priced and quality is excellent. Lobster and crab are excellent - fresh and well prepared. We tried all 3 different style crab dishes and all... More

Took 20 minutes between causes. Staff was f rude and wasn't feel so welcome. Food was tasty though. Have been here few times simply because of the food. So much room to improve.

Despite this the waiters and the manager chose to ignore us You order dim sum by completing a tick list and an illustrated menu to help We ordered a selection - prawn with coriander, roast pork in puff pastry, crab and shrimp - all very good. The... More

Reasonable selection of Dim Sum, and the aromatic crispy duck was tasty and well presented. Similarly, the steamed fish which we selected from the extensive main course menu was fresh and well garnished. The service is swift and unobtrusive and, perhaps unsurprisingly in this busy West End restaurant, is somewhat impersonal.

I eat dimsum here quite often because of good food and low price. However, customer service is a bit under standard. Sometimes I am scared of the staffs here.

Had an early meal here service was good. The crispy duck was on par. The choices of Dim Sum seemed very scant but what we had was good.

Thank Bill K

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
