We went for lunch on Easter Monday. The place was empty. So no excuse for terrible service. One of the pet hates we have is wine being kept a mile away and then no one serves it when the glass is empty. For a high end restaurant this is unacceptable. The food was good. However, the service realty put us... More

We ate a la carte. Horrible very salty out a bottle soya sauce to accompany bland no 1 dumplings on the menu. A bad choice at £6.50. However the honeyed pork, chop suey and Pak Choi in garlic were excellent. You get what you pay for. It was my friend's birthday but not even a complimentary drink or chocolate was... More

I went to this restaurant with my family. Staff was very welcoming, the place has a nice decor. We had a little room for ourselves where the children could play. The service was impeccable, our waiter helped at selecting from the menu depending on our taste. The manager walked in more than once to make sure we were enjoying our... More

We have returned again and again over the years. Really light and tasty food. We always eat in the bar area, which is very interesting and usually filled by a mix of Brits and visitors. Order a couple of dishes at a time and prepared to be very pleased! the food is light and flavorful!

We had a great room to ourselves. The food was excellent and the service impeccable and some of the staff led the Happy Birthday singing! A delightful experience and great food.

Very hard to find any fault. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent and the kitchen catered well for four strict vegetarians in the party. We all enjoyed the private room and the overall vibe of the restaurant. A 'surprise ' pudding was provided complete with birthday candles - and a very good time was had by all. The... More

Like some of your reviewers, my family used this restaurant repeatedly in the 80s and 90s.When my niece and her fiancé suggested we go there to celebrate their engagement, I was delighted to revisit an old favourite. (See title above.) Excellent room and service. Food appalling. Ordinary takeaway fare. Tepid at best. Served suspiciously immediately. £50 per head including two... More

Ken Los Memories of China restaurant in London is a legend in its own time. Never was a high-end, tasteful, lively, genteel restaurant so perfectly suited to its location as Ken Los suits Belgravia. Near the West End and Westminster to attract high-flying corporate and ministerial types, Ken Los is mostly a favourite neighbourhood restaurant for well-heeled diners who adore the Westernised Chinese menu, Jeevesian service, white table linens, fresh flowers and blissfully-chosen wines. Signature dishes are many, including five-spiced spare ribs, quick-fried courgettes stuffed with minced prawns, Mongolian barbecue of lamb in lettuce puffs, Sichuan double-cooked pork. Ken Los Memories of Chinas lobster set menu is a favourite, too.

Neighbourhood Profile
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
