Took my girlfriend here on a date day! After visiting Columbia Flower market close by we walked to bistrotheque. I was going here following a recommendation from a friend and it didn't disappoint. Food was excellent! There is a pianist playing pop tunes from about midday until 2 Ish and he was great. Location is really random, literally in the... More

RESTAURANT'S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 15 November 2016

I look my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and we had a wonderful 3 course dinner. The lamb main course in particular was incredible, but everything was delicious including the wine we washed it down with. The atmosphere and service was also excellent. We cant wait to come back for brunch! More

A wonderful friendly restaurant. We went to celebrate a graduation and ordered before 7pm to benefit from the fixed price 3 course meal. You choose any starter, main and pudding for £25. The quality of the food is superb and original. We were a party of 5 adults aged 25-80 and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere. We tried lots... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to post such a kind review, we really appreciate it. Our prix fixe menu does offer excellent value, available for orders into the kitchen by 7pm or for reservations at 10pm or later also. I'll be sure to share your feedback with the team and we hope to welcome you back soon. More

This little gem is very difficult to find, as there's no formal entrance nor sign to make the place easily recognizable. The ambiance is really cosy and relaxing (loved the white theme), quiet so you can really enjoy your night. The staff is a mix of French and Italians, very nice, young and friendly. The starters were absolutely amazing (we... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to give detailed feedback, I'll be sure to share your comments with the team and especially the head chef, we're always keen to get people's views so we can improve what we do. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting, Sitting in any table you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. For those who do not book a table and are waiting, there is a large bar with stools going right round the bar. (The menu/dishes) The menu offers... More

Bistrotheque is quite hidden in the city of London but if you are visiting Shoreditch or Columbia Flower Market, it worths walking a little bit more to reach it. We enjoyed a brunch menu in a ressonable price, with plenty off eggs to choose. I had delicious Florentine Eggs Atmosphere is also a must, with an excelent piano player playing... More

It is always fun to go here. But first you have to find this place - it is well hidden! Like to eat the Fish&Chips here, exactly how it should be.

Laid back atmosphere meets fine dining. The food was immense but the price added up to more than expected. Certainly will be back but maybe one for a special occasion.

Good wine, terrible food. Side order smelt like an ashtray, every gastropub in London serves a better burger. Pollock was tasteless, brandade overpowered everything. I could go on but I can't be bothered, the restaurant doesn't deserve my effort because they couldn't be bothered themselves.

Thanks for taking the time to post a review and to give feedback, we do appreciate it, even if the commentary is unremittingly negative. It obviously hurts to read that you feel that we can't be bothered, it obviously shows, in your case, that we failed miserably. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the whole team for not... More
