I heard Effes was closing down so had to have one last visit. Sad as it has been a landmark for many years. Surprising as well as it was completely refurbished only a year or so ago.

Needs a good makeover to regain its status as what was once a fantastic Turkish restaurant in Fitzrovia - food not bad at all but gone is the wonderful atmosphere that many old timers will remember well.
