We chose this restaurant for the graduation of my son, excellent food, excellent choice and very elegant but simple restaurant. The food and their guest are obviously their main concern and it is how you should feel. We have been there several times and knowing...More

The first point to make is that every effort is made to adjust dishes to cater for allergies. Always done brilliantly. The service from start to finish could not be bettered. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. The food is superb as is the presentation.

Ok so it’s pricey. Our bill for 2 was £225 which included the 3 course menu, water, wine, an aperitif and service. The food was delicious, beautiful and fresh. I can highly recommend the gilt head bream, the suckling pig (people return to this restaurant...More

I've eaten here several times and every time it delivers an excellent restaurant experience: the ambiance is good (a bit posh but always friendly), the seats are comfortable, service professional. The food is also consistently good, and very reasonably priced compared to central London options...More

We went for the Menu Tasting. Well seasoning and well presented dishes.. May be the sauces for the main course were a bit too far reduced and it was a bit salty. Over all great Front of House staff they were all very smart and...More

Well-established, well run French bistro with lively atmosphere. Good range of dishes, with quality ingredients. Also a good wine list, to satisfy a range of tastes and budgets. Staff attentive but not pushy. Not cheap but this is Chiswick.

The menu changes daily, I believe. However, I believe I may have a copy from the time I was there and will try to upload over the next 24 hours.

Frankly fish cutlery has become less and less fashionable even in top restaurants....also a good dishwasher does the job. Quality of products, cooking and service is more important.

La Trompette opened in 2001 and serves some of the best food in London but without the formality or prices associated with the capital’s top end establishments. We closed at the beginning of 2013 for a complete refurbishment, and have expanded to include a brand new kitchen, private dining and improved customer facilities. The new appearance has not changed the focus of the restaurant. The aim is as it always has been, to give all our guests the best possible dining experience from start to finish.
