I went there having read the reviews - this was some time ago. I went with my b/f at the time and we sat outside. Very authentic feel to the place (Moroccan) lovely samples dishes to eat and a great atmosphere. Heddon Street where this restaurant is situated is a must to discover and well hidden off Regent Street. Such... More

Visited Momos as a special treat for my wife's birthday as I had read all the good reviews and really wanted to try proper Moroccan food in an authentic venue. The restaurant was very busy and lively and the service was effective if a little impersonal, with most staff rushing around. Regarding the food, the starters were very good, but... More

Amazing experience. The atmosphere is great and service was 1st class. Our waiter recommended the Lamb Shoulder (mechoui) for two and this was outstanding, Could have fed 4 easily. I will definitely go back and experience the Shisha terrace in the summer

My other half and I dined here tonight. They had a special Valentine's Day menu which at £85 a head was not cheap. However the food was sublime and the portion size spot on. The price included a very decent welcome cocktail, olives, rustic bread with butter, breadsticks, a lovely starter (chicken pastilla), a divine main course (lamb), a sumptuous... More

I came here on a weekend. The restaurant itself seemed well decorated and managed to successfully evoke memories of Morocco. Ordering food was easy enough getting the food was another matter altogether. I had ordered a starter for me and one to share with one main. My friends starter and the mixed started arrived on time but my starter and... More

Good concept, similar to another restaurant in Paris. Cocktails are nice to start with. We had the lamb shoulder for two: really nice! Quite pricey but I suppose it is London prices... Two things that annoyed me though: - your table is booked only for 2h to ensure faster turnaround - you are asked to provide credit card details by... More

Myself and a friend came to Momo's to have a light dinner before she had to go to work. We were greeted by a very friendly man who showed us to our table and brought over the menus. We were sitting outside in the 'terrace' area. My friend had been to Momo's a couple of times prior to our visit... More

It has become the one restaurant we go to every time we visit London. The ambiance is spectacular, service attentive and friendly...and the food absolutely fabulous. The occasional diners birthday is celebrated with uplifting signing and dancing by the staff - which not only puts you in a good mood, but it is difficult not to join in the clapping... More

Nearly 20 years since my last visit to this brilliant restaurant. Food and service still worth a try. Two adults and one child, had a "foodtrip" to north africa, spending some £200,- Worth every penny.

Kick back, relax and capture the mood of the moment.

We are a cafe and a restaurant, a la Marrakesh-souk-meets-Parisian-troquet style!

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
