The staff were attentive and helpful but they were very stingy with the white truffle on my risotto which considering it was £75. Plus, it took a long time to arrive.

Amazing from start to finish. Franco and his colleagues were so attentive. The food was devine. The ambiance was very sophisticated yet not contrived. A gem.

This is a slick operation with efficient and pleasant service, decent food and a good wine list. However whenever I have to ask for a delay between courses I know it’s not going to be a leisurely meal. If your in a hurry definitely for...More

Food, wine, service .... top class. Not your normal Italian, seafood influence in a number of dishes. Very nice. Also steak veal options.

Although not one of my regular haunts I do go from time to time and the other night confirmed why it's not one of my regulars. Started with a very mediocre Vitello Tonnato- the sauce lacked "punch" and the veal served on a bed of...More

The food is still pretty amazing but, not having been for a couple of years, I would definatly take this out of my 'best of' selection. Why? 1. The number of quirky and innovative dishes seems to have declined, especially in the pasta range. i...More

I visited Zafferano in January, and this time it was even a greater experience than the first time. Their menu changed a lot (I assume they adapt it to the season I'm order to have the freshest ingredients), but everything was superb. A special mention...More

We liked our evening there. We enjoyed our antipasti, burrata, for a change combined with very tasty roasted peppers, and grilled asparagus with fried egg. The secondo di carne, pluma pork with spring onions and herbs salad, was just delicious. Anitpasti range from £14 to...More

Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic
residences in London, sophisticated and upscale
Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine
dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll
worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a
leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque
and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and
the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw

Zafferano has become one of the most consistently lauded Italian restaurants in London since bursting onto the Belgravia dining scene in 1995. Serving a menu of authentic, wholesome Italian recipes, there is also an elegant bar serving flavoursome cocktails and a separate menu of regional Italian favourites. The restaurant boasts classic, chic decor, and a consistently warm Mediterranean ambience which draws diners back time and time again.
