A fantastic night, beautiful setting, great service and even better food. Loved the wild mushroom and truffle soup and the chocolate parfait dessert is really yummy. The £28 menu for 3 courses and a cocktail, on a Friday night, really is too good to be true for such a high quality food and location. The chef is really impressive. Will... More

Met family for dinner on a Tuesday evening so not a busy evening. Choice of sitting inside or outside. 3 course set menu with fruity cocktail for £28, choice of 3 starters , 3 main and 3 desserts with vegetarian option for each course. Service good and time to let food digest between each course. Waiter polite and attentive without... More

I had a lunch meeting at the Sanderson - the bar and restaurant area is lovely and the service is excellent. We were served by a man named Gaby who was particularly friendly and attentive. I will definitely be popping in again for future work meetings.

Good position near Oxford Street,, Staff very nice. The food was not very nice. We had steak which was tasteless and had a funny twang to it , Mushroom and tomatoe was cold. My friend told the waiter about her steak and he offered to change it but she just left it as said she couldn't be bothered. This was... More

I've enjoyed the Long Bar/ cocktails on previous occasions - so took the opportunity of booking the 3 course + plus cocktail dinner offered for London restaurant week, as we had family staying nearby. I expected an experience similar to Asia De Cuba. This fell way below. The restaurant was about 20% occupied at 8pm on Monday. Overall experience was... More

I originally reviewed this hotel as terrible after an awful experience at their Mad hatters tea party afternoon tea (which I thought was overpriced). As an apology they offered us dinner and I have to say the service was excellent and food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for dinner and sitting in the outside bit adds to the... More

I met people for a work breakfast - so I have no idea about rooms etc. No one came near us for over 15 minutes, even to ask if we wanted a glass of water, coffee etc. Finally a waiter appeared and a while later coffee (warm not hot) and another while later breakfast - wrong one. By that time... More
