Great little restaurant situated in Soho. Menu limited to fondue and raclette .... which they do very, very well. Portions generous, service genuinely caring and considerate, and pricing reasonable given the cost of cheese. If you enjoy fondue, you'll be glad to discover St Moritz. We had a great time and will return when next in London.

Love this place very small and cosy. French onion soup is a must. Be aware this gets very busy you may need to book well over a week in advance.

Amazing. If you are a cheese lover the fondue is incredible (although slightly too hot). The staff were great and kept refilling wine and bread basket. 10/10 would recommend!

I was there for diner and order cheese fondue moitie moitie, it was really good, we were 4 people and order for 3 which was enough. We finished with the chocolate fondue, the chocolate was veeery good, specially with the fruit (although fruit presentation was not very nice)! Having lived in Zurich for a number of years, I thought I would take a trip down memory lane and finally visit St Moritz!. The actual restaurant is very quaint, with lots of exposed wood, with traditional swiss music playing in the background. Staff were very polite and helpful. However as we were led upstairs to our table, we were... More

Visited this place with some work colleagues as we wanted a cheese fondue. Googled the cuisine and stumbled across this place so decided to visit ... the omen was there with the fact you couldn't book online ! Seems the venue started in 1979 and has not changed since ... although the Romanian/Albanian staff do say the original Swiss owner... More

We were given a two hour slot which was just as well as the service was so slow. That apart, we had a wonderful time. The raclette was the pick of our starters and then we all had the meat fondue. The meat was of excellent quality. A fun place for a relaxed evening. Recommended.

We like to try different cuisines and this restaurant provides an authentic experience of Swiss cuisine. We had the Fondue Chinoise which was good fun and provided some drama! The food itself was nice but not the tastiest - but thoroughly enjoyable nevertheless. Deserts were excellent and the wine was good too. The service was efficient but I did feel... More

The place is nice and look like a wooden cabin in the Alps, a bit old though from 1980s , food was good but not Wow, service was polite, but the price a bit too expensive for melted cheese....

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
