Went to celebrate a birthday en famille but what a shambles. All the orders were wrong. They didn't listen and were very haphazard. When eventually one order was correct - that was eaten while the rest of us (6) were waiting. Food was greasy and...More

Only 1 rose by the glass and it is a nice one from Kim Crawford. But is not nice if it has been kept for a day or 2 ... It was replaced without argument but should never have been served: even the colour looked...More

Came here with four colleagues, on the spur of the moment, no reservations and went up to a lovely light table upstairs, which had a nice buzz compared the cacophony downstairs in the tapas bar. I have Peter Gordon's books going back to Sugar, but...More

I was at The Providores for dinner last week… the good news: very attractive restaurant with a tolerable noise level (we were seated upstairs). The service was great as was the wine list. At first glance a very interesting menu and while I appreciate novel...More

Ok, I've been here many times in the past but it's been about 5 years since my last visit. Service was poor, order was not written down and they got it wrong. Had to wait another 15 mins for my partner's brunch to reappear with...More

Upstairs the restaurant offers and exotic menu full of interesting ideas. The smoked dutch eel soup with noodles, coconut and tamarind was spicy, exciting and delicious. Pan fried sea bream very good but a little over salted again interesting flavors with yellow split peas and...More

Recommend for delicious food and cocktails. Small tapas were a little too small. Well priced for the quality of the food. Nice buzzing atmosphere.

Visited for a business lunch. Small restaurant so not much privacy. Ordered the scallops to start, which was served with an excellent goats cheese pesto sauce. Followed with the lamb chops - excellently cooked. Food quality remains consistent and excellent. Service was also very good.

After all the wonderful things I heard before coming here, I must say I was disappointed by the actual experience. Cappuccino was good, cheese scone mediocre, tortilla also meh, though the presentation was nice. Food didn't seem freshly made, just taken out of the frig....More

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
