Walked in at Sunday lunchtime. They were very busy but we were seated quickly. The first chair my husband sat on was very unstable so had to change it for another. Our server had very poor English, we basically had to point at what we wanted on the menu as she really couldn’t understand us and we do not have... More

Situated minutes away from Piccadilly Circus, this is the perfect restaurant for any steak lover to visit when nearby attractions or before a night to the theatre. Staff are well-mannered and very attentive on arrival making us instantly feel welcomed at the establishment and ensured that we all have what we need - menus, drinks, sauces, etc. Despite the hustle... Food was delicious, as always. The service was even better than usual, I was by myself and received a lot of nice attentions from a very kind guy that I think was a manager, along with the floor staff he looked after me and made sure I was always ok. Many thanks for that, much appreciated 🙏🏼 My melted Camembert... More

Great service, stressing the care with the customers in terms of language. Fast service . Negative points: pairing of the bad dish as they make the maximum possible to save even the dish being expensive. Food is not very tasty. Putting there is in the quality of food all the customers in the end still have to pay 5 £... More

Indeed, today, you will still find many Angus Steakhouses in the centre of London, serving delicious food to all who walk through its doors. Angus Steakhouse has a long and proud heritage which stretches back to the 1960s when it could often be found in the Good Food Guide. Founded by Sir Reginald Eastwood, Angus Steakhouse aimed to deliver tender, quality steak and friendly, attentive service right from the start. Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
