I really wanted to like the food here more than I did. I admit I'm not a big Ramen person - meaning I don't have a lot of experience with it. But the chili Ramen me and my buddy ordered here could have been so much better - like if the steak that they add to the dish (option versus... More

So big chains can often mean pre-prepared, margin managed food which is generic and a little boring. For me, Wagamama bucks this trend. Often refreshing the menu, freshly prepared and rarely bland. Service is always quick. Never a memorable meal experience but equally a solid performer that satisfies.

I had an early meal at this Wagamama on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was not full at that time, so at the patrons were seated in the upstairs section. The service was quick and efficient and the food was very good. Will be back.

Lovely food and light atmosphere. I have only been at lunchtimes so you might have a bit of a wait for table from 12.30pm. Once seated though the service is fast. I always have the very delicious chicken and prawn pad thai with tropical juice. The restaurant is small and a bit cramped but hey at lunchtime, you're only there... More

Been here a few times, the food is pretty decent value and quality. Hard to score it higher or lower, as it's decent value. If you want top end, there are plenty of other places locally. The only thing here is, the tables are hard to get as the set up isn't ideal. A bit cramped. But was a good... More

When Wagamama first started they had something unique, fresh and new, unfortunately the concept hasn't changed and they've now been overtaken by a slew of similar places that offer a more exciting experience and better food...

The restaurant does get very busy so I'd recommend getting there earlier if possible but they do turn the tables around very quickly, so I've not waited long when I've had to. Service is very swift, and at times it does feel like it's a numbers game for them. However, this is a chain, and I'm sure that most people... More

We chose this branch of Wagamama as it was the nearest branch to Liverpool St Station. Meeting friends off a flight from Stansted and straight to Liverpool St, we wanted some good familiar Wagamama favourites to start our weekend entertaining guests in London. It was near to closing time but we were assured that this was not a problem, we... More

Lunch break with a friend for a quick meal. Usual nice food. Quick service and no messing about. Staff is nice and smiles when talking to you which is a plus. Very good as expected.

Went here for lunch with a colleague and I wasn't disappointed. The food was really tasty with good portion sizes, I would recommend the chicken katsu curry it was delicious!! It is a little pricey but anywhere in London is. I would return.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
