Hereford Road is genuinely an amazing establishment. Friendly and attentive service, brilliantly delicious yet simple British food, and a gem of subtle and classic design. One of the top three meals of my 40+ years in this earth. Liver and hearts won me over.

Came here for a traditional Sunday Roast - a lovely restaurant, very nice relaxing atmosphere and a truly delicious roast. The food could have perhaps done with a little bit more seasoning with extra gracvy and the service not quite perfect, but, very minor gripes...More

My husband and I were looking for British food. We found a great cozy, up scale place that served such unique delicious British dishes. We had the Fried Calf Brains and Braised Lamb Neck for 2. Both were outstanding!

Went there with friends on recommendation from guide book and was not disappointed. Nice decor, simple, but very tasty (and a bit unusual) food, and very good service. We came for a late weekday lunch without reservations and were able to be seated, but the...More

This place has the greatest food and friendly staff. I have been 3 times with friends and we had the Dover Sole (incredible) lamb chops, gorgeous fried rabbit, lashings of crab on toast (wow), cod roe salad and lamb kidneys ( so good). Highly recommended....More
