It is a great location and we were attracted by the name and conveyor belt, but food is not authentic nor fresh. My kids had a number of sushi rolls and got very sick the follow day. Not recommended.

Kulu Kulu is fast, reasonably priced and delicious. I visited on a Friday around 6 PM, and we were able to be seated straight away. Not long after the remaining seats were all taken. The conveyor belt sushi setup is brilliant, because they always stock it with exactly what people want judging by what disappears. The dishes that are less... More
We went to this place before our show at Royal Albert Hall on a Saturday evening. Arrived at 6.45pm and had to wait 15 mins for seats as there were 2 couples in front of us waiting when we arrived. There were only 2 staff member around, so service was lacking at times esp when waiting for the waiter to... More
Happened upon this small sushi restaurant as we were heading for our train back to the Midlands. The food is mainly served on a conveyor belt, with the option to order other items. The staff don't really say much or advise the process if you're new to the restaurant, however as it is similar to the known sushi chain it... More
small restaurant, were people seat along the belt that circulates the dishes. they are prepared in front of you, and you can peak the ones that you like when it passes in front of you. The atmosphere of course is not charming, you feel just fed as a cow, but quality is high.
Went here for an quick dinner on my way home, had 3 or 4 plates of sushi including a California roll and salmon avocado roll. Fine while there, despite the sushi not being covered which was a bit off putting. However the main reason for me writing the review is I went to bed a few hours later feeling very... More
I have been so many times to Japan and I am an authentic foodie. So when a friend suggested coming here, I was ready to be disappointed. I wasn't actually! The free re-fill tea is an absolute +point, and it's just like in Japan, bravo for that. If you manage to catch the gyoza warm (when they just put them... More
Still serving good food. Found space for everyone despite all those pesky students discussing their research issues. A great place for a mid museum snack, or mid ice skating in Dec.
My wife and I went to this small restaurant with the sushi conveyor for lunch. The variety was good, everything tasted fresh and good and it was reasonably priced too. We both enjoyed the simple decor and service. The food was simply plated. I would have liked some demonstration of Japanese aesthetics and flair...but I still give it five stars.... More
