Traditional country pub tucked away in a picturesque village. This is a very touristy area and the Falkland Arms has been a venue to go to for years. It has been done up and improved in recent years and the food is of very good...More

I visited this pub with a friend on Sunday 24th September and it was a throughly unpleasant experience. It appeared for all the world that at 8.15pm everybody in the the bar save for a couple were drunk, obnoxious and incredibly loud. It really was...More

Absolutely delicious Sunday roast, without a doubt the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, with the roast lunch very popular with locals so I would advise you to book ahead!

The worst roast dinner, the gravy was bisto and the chief had poured it over the meal , the Yorkshire was mummified, the roast potatoes had not been seasoned and my husband had one that was raw in the middle, to top it all there...More
