We had breakfast here but I asked for fried egg and bacon with toast and got a very dull scrambled egg and toast and my husband had the full english breakfast which was not freshly cooked. I think afternoon tea would be better here

Use these on a regular basis when we find one. Diet breaking cakes & coffees to be enjoyed. Sadly this one seemed understaffed as we had to wait a while for the table to be cleared and order taken. However the girl serving was polite & apologetic and 10/10 for her customer service/approach. Would give it another try though

It was a lovely location with good food. Service was not great and several people left unhappy due to the service. I hope to go back in the future with a better experience.

What better than an indulgent cake and coffee to recharge the batteries when visiting Oxford, city of culture! Cakes are not cheap but they are huge and rather delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend for an occasional treat.

Went past it at the beginning of our walk and the cakes looked so amazing, I thought I'd treat myself with one on the way back. The cake of their 'Black Forest' slice was has tasteless and bland as it looked tempting. The whipped cream was also very disappointing. Very disappointed. So obviously industrial that I'll stay away from the... More

I've grown rather tired of Patisserie Valerie. They are everywhere now when once there were just a handful and it had a certain charm. Now I get the feeling I'm in a vast chain and it's getting rather boring.

They have this silky smooth lemon delicious cheesecake. Besides the service was great 👍🏻 I don't know why everyone is complaining about it.
