A great little pub with superb selection of craft beers, not the cheapest but then we are in Oxford. The staff were friendly and helpful. More than happy to recommend a similar drink to the last as the selection is varied, the food looked good but I did not try, pizza and beer is a great combo.

You should have seen the look of consternation on Neil, Graham and Richard's face when I said that beer could not be served for wait 20 minutes! It ain't cheap either, with 2/3 pint glasses costing more than a normal pint of beer.

Specialty is handcrafted pizza and craft beer. The pizza was outstanding. We ordered the ham, mushroom and olive pizza, but you can also add many items if desired. The pizza crust was hand thrown and really good. We did not care for the beer but I think it was all pretty good. We love the British ales and that is... More

Went in hoping for a pizza and a good beer. The kitchen was unfortunately closed so the pizza will have to wait for another time. The beer was good though. They have an ecletic selection of beers that is ever changing - the tsatziki beer is an experience! The staff are great in helping you find find one to suit.

This pub is full of character. Very trendy decor with jam jar lamp shades and sanded wood. Loads of beers to choose from as well as a good selection of wines. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Great place to stop to escape the hustle and bustle of the nearby shopping area.

Visited here on a weekend visiting family and we were drawn in by the promise of a focus on good beer and the plethora of pumps on the bar. Sadly there was little range in the beers and nothing particularly inspiring. They have a wide range of canned 'craft' beers and the staff were suitably hipster, but after our one... More

Went in looking for gluten free pizza...they had none. But, the cider was excellent and they had a great selection of taps. The service was excellent and the local patrons were charming and very friendly.

Beerd is a nice place for a drink. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices aren't daft. The tables are small and the seating is cramped which makes life interesting when you have 4 pizzas on one table but they taste great which makes up for it.

Beerd is the sole surviving Victorian pub in Oxford city centre, offering an extensive range of local and world beers from artisan and independent breweries, and delicious Italian-style pizzas. Inspired by craft beer bars in the US, visitors to Beerd are greeted by an ever changing beer list available in one-third, half, two-third and pint measures. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are on-hand to guide you through the mouth-watering range, whether you're a hops novice or bonafide beer geek, and an eclectic and colourful bespoke décor makes for a stimulating sensory experience designed to offer beer enthusiasts a point of difference - but with a great range of wines, cider, spirits and soft drinks too! Food is served throughout the day and hungry patrons can tuck into freshly-made, hand-crafted Neopolitan-style pizzas. For a quick nibble, premium bar snacks match the global beer on offer, including bar dough, crispy pig skins and cured meat platters. Situated in a prime location, the pub's curiously traditional exterior stands out from the surrounding identikit chain bars and restaurants, whilst the new, lovingly restored interior envelops you with a warm welcome.
