The wines I had by the glass were excellent and could easily be matched to the food I ordered. My server was new, and very responsive. I had personal attention by most every member of the staff. I chose things that were new to me...More

Visited recently on a Saturday evening with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We were immediately impressed by a case of Schola Sarmenti wine sitting by the door and ordered a bottle although it wasn't on the wine list, which was predictably excellent. This place...More

Always great food and Friday was no exception. Loved the onion tart and the cheesecake desert. The pork chop was well cooked and filling so it didn't need extra veg. Service good. In all a very pleasant meal in great surroundings.

The London Street Brasserie is the second award winning restaurant by owner & proprietor Paul Clerehugh. Opened in 2000, next to the river Kennet in the heart of Reading, the London Street Brasserie has won both critical acclaim & Michelin recognition & has also been voted restaurant of the year. Lovingly called the LSB by regulars & locals, the restaurant has become a firm favourite in the area & a must visit for foodies. Serving local produce to the highest standards this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
