We booked the Wheatsheaf as it looked great and had some very good reviews. HOWEVER ....... It left a horrible smell in our nose. The food was lovely and service was great in the pub itself, really nice staff. We stayed in The Wendy House,...More

My Girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights as a romantic getaway. We stayed in one of the lovely little converted barns, it was done up really nicely and had all the amenities. The bed was huge and comfy and very warm,...More

This really is the place if you're looking for a relaxed environment with fantastic food. A varied, seasonal menu backed up by a fantastic wine list. It's neither a pub or a smart restaurant, it's squarely in that wonderful place between the two. Love it!
