We stopped for tea after a walkabout of Bath. The location was so good! We had tea over the Pulteney Bridge. It is of course a very small place and the toilet upstairs a little nook, nevertheless clean and furnished with cleaning materials. The tea itself was nothing grand and meringues were too too sweet. The lemon sauce served with... More

Popped in for afternoon tea and was meet with a lovely smile from the young girl who served me. I had a cream tea of two fresh scones with plenty of strawberry jam and cream and a nice pot of tea, which I got two and a half cups out of it.

We popped in for a quick coffee and cake, and enjoyed the view over the weir. It's quite a small lace but just right for a pick-me-up.

We went to the tea rooms following a visit to a rugby match. My wife and I sat in the tea room at a table for two. We waited for someone to clear the table. No one came. I went to the counter to be told some one would come over. We waited for ten minutes, occasionaly catching the eye of... More

be sure to bring cash with you. Twice my card has been declined in here when it works perfectly everywhere else. Waiting for the connection takes an awkwardly long time and was very embarrassing, staff seemed to think it was my fault

The coffee shop is made up of two separate shops. We went in the the one to the middle of the bridge. At first we sat up in the corner but we're lucky enough to swap to a window seat when the couple behind us left not long after we sat down. We had a toastie, drink and cake. It... More

Firstly the coffee shop itself is made up of two independent shops under the same name and sell pretty much similar baked goods yet it cannot be bought in one and eaten next door and vice versa- little strange. It is extremely small inside with a couple of windows overlooking the view of the river which is beautiful indeed but... More

A small café overlooking the river, which makes it a fantastic place to stop for afternoon tea / coffee. Worth the wait to get a table by the window. Good choice of cakes and cream tea seemed popular, although our shared chocolate brownie was very stodgy and we didn't finish it.

Thank Jayne W
