I loved the cream tea so much. Everything inside the place is decorated as Alice in Wonderland, the detail of putting different tea cups creating a "messy" table is just lovely and the scones are superb. Highly recommended.

We quite often pop in here for a coffee as it's the best coffee we've had in Bath! The staff are always very friendly and the coffee is reasonably priced. They also do a good selection of homemade cakes and snacks.

Stopped for a snack and coffee with friends on a cold day. Food average. Small seating area which was very chilly. Barman refused to close the door due to passing trade. Made to eat with cold hands and feet next to open door. Not what...More

Hi Juliette and thanks for your feedback. I remember your visit well as it took a while to clean the door window as you kept insisting on shutting it in customers faces as they where trying to buy takeaway coffees. As you've pointed out the...More

Recently had a trip after a bus tour of bath. We were not disappointed. The art work and decorations kept my two children entertained until their mad hatter hot chocolate arrived. They could not get over the size of it, they were silent for about...More

Hi Susan and as ever thanks for your feedback. Not really sure why your score was so low when your review was so nice so all I can think is you were expecting an endless supply of mochas when the afternoon tea package is advertised...More

It was very cold inside and our tea cooled very quickly as a result. It was very strange to be given tea bags in cups and a teapot of hot water! Cream for scones was very runny. Scones didn’t taste great - but I recognise...More

Thanks for your comments, Unfortunately for some, the world of tea drinking has somewhat moved on from the old days whereas, it is now quite common to brew your own tea in the cup so that it is to your exact liking (hence the tag...More
