Really tasty, unique food! Most interesting and delicious meal I have had in a LONG time. Nice atmosphere and good service, would most definitely return next time I'm in Bath.

Wonderful food, ambience, and staff. Though one needs to make a reservation to get a table on weekends.

Why do people think this is good? Maybe they've never had good Nepalese food. We were disappointed in our appetizer and our entres. Plus they were rude. We arrived a little before 6:00, the door was open and we walked in with other customers. A...More

Shabby basement restaurant, really poor food, over-cooked, tasteless, bits of bone in most of the chicken, tough tiny pieces of meat, watery dahl and stodgy rice. All served in tinny containers - with faded packed salad and Indian bottled relishes to accompany. It has a...More

Another fantastic meal 12 months on from our last visit. We chose one small starter to share and 3 meat dishes with rice and the hottest dall i have ever tasted. That will teach is to say we like it spicey.😉

Having never had Nepalese food before we thought we would give it a try. I was great the service was good the food packed that spicy punch enough to make my lips a bit numb But the good house wine helped that go away. Well...More

This is a small basement restaurant that is situated away from the touristy areas. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened so service was quick. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations for us. The food here is simple but packs a punch....More

The restaurant is simply furnished and certainly not luxurious but very much in keeping and you are here for the food, not starched napkins, silver cutlery and padded chairs. Lots of choice on the menu and plenty of options for us vegetarians. Worth a return...More

Description
If the name of this restaurant alone isn't enough to make you want to dine here, then we'll eat our Dhaka topi hats. However, in case you need any further incentive – we're delighted to say that this super-cosy establishment is superb. With whitewashed walls and brightly coloured hand-woven cushions, the Nepalese dining room at Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is warm, peaceful, and popular with a fresh-faced crowd who look like they climb mountains just for fun. While - as far as we can tell - there is no actual yeti on the menu, there are plenty of other star attractions such as the Yak Yeti Yak Beef – spicy beef stir-fried with onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes.
