Amazing place , atmosphere and the owners. The curry duck it's so nice highly recommended never had a duck made this way , will definitely come back!

We visited Cheddar and went into the restaurant and it was busy - I hadn’t booked and they said they would have a table in an hour. We returned - and boy are we glad we did! Staff were great, food was AMAZING and it...was a lovely atmosphere. The reason why it’s so busy is obviously because it’s so good. Lesson learned here is to book ahead! Found this advertised in the foodie section of the holiday folder at the place we were staying and decided to book to celebrate our marriage and a birthday. So glad we did as the food was excellent, everyone loved it! So much so, family who...stayed longer have booked again! Highly recommend the sharing platter and the orange chicken! Having heard this was the best place in Cheddar to eat, and only having one night to eat out on our short visit we thought we would try it. Not only was the food excellent, our waiter Liam was polite and pretty speedy. The highlight...was the staff, they were all very polite and attentive - especially with our two year old girl. I don't have a tiny flaw about this place.More

On Friday evening we had another fabulous meal at Zen Thai. The food is second to none and the Hosts are warm and welcoming. I love going here and it won’t.be long before our next visit.

First time eating here and, as I have lived relatively locally over the past few years, I am just annoyed that we hadn't come here before. Appetizers were excellent and the portion size just right. Mains were equally delicious and we were given extra chilis...on the side to customize the heat as required. I've been to plenty of Thai restaurants across the country and this one ranks in my top 2 so far. The staff were excellent, from the phone booking through to the bill. We were served by Liam, who is a credit to the restaurant, polite, well spoken and friendly. Will certainly be making a second visit. 5/5More

We mused over Bangladesh Curry or Thai ? We chose Thai and what a great choice it was . I would go so far as to say the best Thai I’ve had in the U.K. All for of us cleared our plates. It was fresh..., cooked to order (as I asked for a deviation from the menu) and presented well . The owners were attentive and informative about the menu , waiting staff courteous and efficient . Building may be nothing fancy but the food is top notch .More

This is a fab thai restaurant. The first time I visited it was full and I couldn’t get a table so I made sure to book for the following night. The food was delicious and lots suitable for vegetarians including mock meat dishes. If I’m...ever around Cheddar again I will most definitely be booking to visit again.
