Third time my wife and I have visited this year, so rating Reeves 15 out of 15. This time they squeezed us in pretty last minute (back in Somerset for a few days we didn’t want to miss the chance to eat here again) with...a table at 6pm, it’s never too early to eat good food. This time we came with friends, and really liked the semi-private space at the rear of the restaurant.More

OMG !! I have eaten in many places across the world and eaten many dishes, but I can honestly say that this was the best meal my partner and I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection, generous portions...and all served piping hot. We also had the treacle and lemon tart for dessert…. You just have to try that !! All in all a very very pleasant visit which will be repeated in the not too distant futureMore

Simply put this was a fabulous place to visit for an excellent dining experience. The menu covered all tastes and was supported by knowledgeable and attentive staff. A must to visit if you are in the Dunster area!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at Reeves. Probably one of the best meals we have had in years. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, friendly and very efficient. The food was beautifully presented and...ingredients of a very high standard, chef must be very talented. We are only visiting Dunster otherwise we would be there every week!! Absolutely perfect! Thank you ReevesMore

Our first evening meal out since Feb 2020 because of the covid 19 restrictions. I cant recommend Reeves too highly. Friendly and efficient staff, welcoming atmosphere and best of all top notch food. Everything we had was delicious. The best portobello mushroom dish I have...ever had. The pudding was terrific. So often puddings look lovely but fail to deliver- not at Reeves- the pudding was every bit as good as it looks.More

We visited here for lunch with friends and had a brilliant meal. Excellent choice of food, friendly and efficient service, and really good value. You can opt to sit outside in the lovely garden - weather permitting - or inside. Helpings are generous so leave...room as you will want to enjoy 3 courses here. Do book though as it is very popular!More

Had a superb meal here, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a lovely restaurant in a beautiful location. There was a noisy party at a table celebrating someones birthday (how many times can you sing "Happy Birthday" at one sitting??!), but when asked...the owner politely asked them tostop, which they did. Highly recommendedMore

We had a pleasant meal with attentive service. Would have been nice to have the restaurant a little warmer and chunkier home made chips. The steak needed more resting but tasted nice.
