Stayed at the premier inn next door. This place was busy, but we were found a table while having a pint. Very efficient, simple restaurant. Not Haute Cuisine, but adequate for a quick meal while breaking a long journey. The staff were polite and helpful. Above all the food was hot and tasty. Good breakfast in the morning too.

It was a Friday morning. I set off to drive from Coventry to Chester and the M6 got closed due to an unsafe bridge. The entire road traffic system ground to a halt. Every A and B road within distance of the M6 was affected. After three hours stuck in traffic, I decided to turn around and go home but... More

Had a nice lunch at the Redhill. Quite an extensive menu, food was a bit slow but when it came it was nice. We both had quiche and salad and both enjoyed it. More attention could be made to the cleanliness of the toilets - the wall as you approached was very dirty as was the toilet floor - obviously... More

We arrived early for our booking but was seated straight away. Took 10 minutes to receive our drinks. Food orders took just as long to be taken, food was ok chips weren't the best on either the chefs counter or from kitchen, potato dippers were warm when came out. Overall service was very slow.

We are here as we were staying in the premier inn next door, we had dinner and breakfast. We did not book for dinner and there was a short wait but only 10-15 minutes which is fine, the food service was prompt and the service was extremely friendly. We had a starter to share which was extremely good as it... More

We often visit for breakfast with our 2 kids as we live local, and the food is always good and good value for money. The last few times we have been it's been nice, but we visited yesterday 25 march and had our best experience yet. Our 5 year old is a very fussy eater. He asked for chips with... More

Visited late on a Sunday evening, we hadn't booked a table but they seated us really quickly and right next to the play area which was perfect for us. Our server Scott was extremely pleasant and very attentive. Our meals came quickly even though it appeared very busy, all our meals were delicious and very reasonably priced. The girls in... More

Called in about 6pm on Friday and the place was really busy. We were offered a table in half an hour and the 4 year old in our party made a bee-line for the soft play area from which she emerged for about 5 minutes when her meal arrived before rushing back again. This meant the rest of us enjoyed... More
