We held our wedding here, food was gorgeous, service impeccable, atmosphere just perfect. Preparation before with Ellen was stress free, nothing was too much trouble which made the process seamless. Highly recommend it for your wedding reception, dinner or just drinks.
Delicious food, great menu choice and good wine. What's not to like 😊. Now booked for a family party of 12, highly recommend this restaurant.
Alannah was amazing. We had a good number of guest in our party. But she took care of all of us and she has such a beautiful personality. And I will 10/10 be coming back to the Post House simply because her service was immaculate....Until next time. Oh and the food was delicious. Get the fish and chips!More

Its been a couple of years since i've been, if anything the place is better! the decor, the ambience, the staff, are all superb. drinks although not cheap are to the highest degree, and taste amazing. champagne by the glass much better option that by...the bottle (thats if you fancy more than 2!) firm believer you get what you pay for and this place is just that. well done folks keep up the great work.More

We hired out The Post House Suite for a company event with 35 in total. Honestly don't have a bad word to say, we were so impressed we have booked again for next year event. Our customers were blown away with the service, food, location......well everything. The communication was easy and fast. Ellen would always answer my questions in a timely manner and her team were great on the night. Would 100% recommend for events or even just for drinks and food!More

Birthday meal for my friend who hadn’t visited before. Arrived early for a pre-lunch drink. Was given menus but no one came to take drinks order. After 15 minutes went to bar & another lady took our order & had to ask again if there...was tomatoes in the soup as other server hadn’t come back to us. That said, drinks arrived, I had a mocktail which was delicious. Order taken & we were shown to our table in restaurant. Ledi was our server for the day. We ordered crab croquette & pate to start. Both delicious & well presented. A little more bread for was was asked for the pate, no problem. We both had haddock/chips which again was beautifully presented. Ledi was attentive but not in your face & asked if it was a special occasion. It was my friends belated birthday meal & he duly arrived with a wooden board decorated with happy birthday with fruit, biscuits & cream, a lovely touch she was made up. Unfortunately we couldn’t fit a desert in this time but we will be back. A very relaxed lunch experience overall.More
