The cakes were delicious and I love the variety of teas available. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We had booked a table for 5 people and admittedly we turned up as an 8 BUT were willing to split up, however noone greeted us when we arrived so we sat at the table reserved for us... More

Excellent home made cakes (and a wide variety) are available here. Also, a very good selection of teas - Orange Oolong being my favourite. With all the choices in Long Melford give this one a try!

Went for afternoon tea for my birthday. The choices and quilaity of cakes are superb, additionally the the staff were excellent and very welcoming. The only issue I would have is the price, I think over 15 pounds for a sandwich, slice of cake, a small scone and a jelly Is extravagant. However I would recommend the tearoom for quality... More

I've mixed feelings about Tiffins Tea Emporium. As a party of 4 we went for afternoon tea for a birthday. The choice of cakes is amazing and the sandwiches very good no complaints. However when ordering the afternoon tea one of my daughters wanted BLT sandwiches instead of something which was on the 'list'. They do BLT sandwiches outside of... More

Although not large this tea room has a couple of rooms for tea. An excellent selection of cakes and especially teas - some very unusual ones. The staff are friendly and this is a great stop for lunch or tea on a cold day.

Very nice little cafe. The chocolate brownie was particularly delicious, we also enjoyed the Suffolk apple juice.

We were visiting the Woolpatch nearby and stopped in for tea and cake. The mother-in-law is coeliac so has to be really careful where she eats. This place is utterly charming and has a great choice of GF products. The cake looks expensive... until you get a slice!! Massive portions. We'll be back.

We popped in here for coffee on a miserable dull Sunday morning, but the coffee and choice of cakes certainly cheered us up, if you visit make sure you get to see the great selection of home made cakes before you order, you will be spoilt for choice.

After walking the length of Long Melford's famously long high street a good cup of tea is a must. Tiffins certainly provided that as well as the most scrumptious lemon scone with lemon curd! Friendly service too. We will be back!

Popped into this lovely tea room for a morning coffee and cake while visiting a few Suffolk villages. The coffee was lovely and hot a welcome change from a number of other coffee shops we have visited. The selection of cakes and scones were excellent. The portions very generous. Well done to all the staff.
