Portions extremely small for the price of the meal, £3 for bread to accompany 9 olives that also cost £3 is well over the top too. Certainly won't be repeating a visit.
Enjoyed dinner at the rose and crown, had a sharing platter which was nice but not plentiful, would have like more for the price. Good range of beer/ ale and a pleasant atmosphere.
We only ate breakfast at the Rose and Crown. It was obvious that the ingredients were of an exceptional standard. They were cooked perfectly and well presented. The service was very friendly.
