Food is excellent. Service is not great. It took long time to have our meal. The restaurant is in a very good location. The service should really be considered and improved.

I came to Zizis to catch up with a friend and the food was excellent. But the service wasn't as great, as the waiter didn't give us as much attention as I would have hoped. Overall, I would come back.

Food and service are good but not anything to remember. A good choice if you are looking for an italian restaurant that offers good value for money
We had lunch as a pre Xmas treat. The food was good and presented very well. Staff were very friendly and not overpowering. Atmosphere was very conducive to a nice relaxing afternoon treat. I would recomend a visit here.
Their garlic bread with mozzarella and caramelised onions is heavenly. I was annoyed to find out that the cheese fondue isn't vegetarian and they weren't able to offer an alternative. We couldn't have the festive three course set menu because you have to prebook it...More
Had several lunches here Loved the Pizza Rustica very tasty with your own pick of toppings great view from outside for view of canal boats and /or people watching.
came in with 2 friends, even though extremely busy due to staff christmas parties, they were more than accommodating and found us a table within 5 minutes. food came out reasonably fast and the brownie was to die for!
