Been around a bit and eaten at a lot of fine dining restaurants. Our experience here was actually quite phenomenal. Nice welcome. Lovely pre-dinner cocktails at the bar. Such friendly, helpful and professional staff. Tasting menu was superb. Highlights being the Crab satay, later the...More

We finally got to try Adams and were not disappointed with the food. Some staff were excellent but most were more interested in checking cutlery draws, drying glasses or just milling around rather than attending to customer needs. It was most bizarre, bordering on comical,...More

We were at the chefs table, watching our food being prepared and hearing all about it. The staff were very attentative. The food amazing. Enjoyed being able to walk around the kitchen. This is a must, just think up a good excuse and book now.

Our third visit to Adams since the restaurant opened in Birmingham. Each time we go, we are never disappointed. In fact they appear to have excelled further. The food is simply delicious. Try the tasting menu, each item had its own surprise and the taste...More

Love an indulgent Friday lunch here, the food and the service is just brilliant. We had the lunch menu with a headline price of £65. The monkfish starter is well worth a go, tastes of the sea (in a good way) comes with mussels, samphire...More

Description
On Tuesday 26th January 2016 Adam's re-opens from the winter holiday in it's new permanent home of Waterloo Street. The British Michelin Starred 36 seater restaurant located in Birmingham city centre is run by Chef patron Adam Stokes and his wife Natasha. In addition to the main restaurant which seats tables of up to 10 guests an adjacent 16 seater dining room is available for private functions. For that extra special experience there is also a chef's table located in the kitchen for exclusive use or individual groups. A la carte and tasting menus are served alongside a three course lunch menu available 12noon to 2pm, Tuesday to Friday. Please note the tasting menu is the only dining option available on a Saturday evening. The modern food is a blend of tradition marriages with inventive twists. The restaurant marries classical elegance with friendly professional service.
