we were well looked after by all the staff we were able to enjoy our lunch sat outside on the decked area. The food was lovely as was the setting.

Have been here a few times over the years including a works Christmas do. Staff always been good and food plentiful. Varied roasts and very tasty. Nice setting by the river. Always busy.
We stopped by chance for a light lunch and had a table by the river. Very sweet and enjoyable break from travelling on a hot day. Food was nice and the staff very friendly. Good choice for a lunch stop!
