Fantastic food, dog friendly & the bar staff are probably the best in chichester. Super speedy & friendly service.

Slightly away from the main town centre & opposite the cricket pitch, a quiet little pub when we popped in today that has the potential to be busy when summer hits. Love the old pictures mixed with the modern art. Great bar staff

Having recently adopted a dog, we are adapting to balancing our needs with those of the canine kind. We came on a trip to Chichester just before Christmas so that we could visit Pallant House Gallery (easy/small enough to do in relays whilst one of us looks after the dog) and a run on West Wittering beach for the hound.... Visited as part of the office's Christmas Meal and we found the staff to be very helpful and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was good and there were lots of unusual beers on offer - very happy to return to.

Had a great Sunday roast with the family and the dog on a recent visit to Chichester. A really snug pub with a fire which the dog flopped in front of and promptly went to sleep. We all tucked into a delicious Sunday roast £10 for adults and £5 for kids. The staff were really friendly. I suggest you book... More

My Husband and I called in for lunch whilst Christmas shopping, friendly staff, nice menu, good hot meals without too long a wait. Nice and warm inside on a cold day too.

Good pub, food was fresh cooked and tasty although I felt it was a little bit overpriced for the basics. Good selection of beer and a nice location. The only thing that spoiled our visit was that the pub was freezing cold, we would have sat on longer and had another drink and more to eat but we were so... More

Went to the Park Tavern for the first time in several years as a result of a lunch offer of 2 for one.........huge disappointment. In fairness my friends lunch (Steak Pie etc) was ok and he enjoyed it, however, my sausage and mash was dreadful. The sausages were hard, tasteless, dreadful skins and the gravy was thick and very dark.... More

Used to love coming here for the amazing Sunday roast, but found it not so good this time. I think they were a bit short staffed as we had a bit of a wait, there were 9 of us and we all chose different roast dinners, you still get the best selection of vegetables i've seen anywhere which is a... Not many pubs are left these days as they've turned into gastro pubs or are really geared up towards families. I have a toddler and love a family pub but I was so pleased to find this place. Great beer, decent food and good music. Sat outside for a while too but a bit busy on the junction.
