My return to the AVON , wonderful decor and atmosphere... staff remembered me which was a pleasant surprise ... for lunch I sampled the chef specials smoked trout starter ... followed by toad in the hole .. the food was lovely . Great pub

Great pub in a good location in the middle of Salisbury. Staff are friendly and happy to give advice about the surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Lovely friendly pub with a great atmosphere. Superb food and beer. I would definitely recommend a visit. It has a beautiful etched bay window and a lovely beer garden looking over the river

Really good pub food, Very friendly welcoming staff. I had the monster burger that really lived up to its name. Just about managed it.The real ale was well kept as well.
