We visited for a pre-theatre dinner at 6, and an hour later the restaurant was full. Enjoyed our Nagawalla, shashlick, dhal, pilau rice and chapatis. Staff happy to give advice, and we were served quickly. Only downside were the dishes cooled quickly.

Such a lovely place to eat. Made to feel welcome. Good that you can take your own alcohol. Lovely atmosphere and will come again soon.

by far the absolute worst takeaway experience I've ever had! ordered through just eat to arrive at 19:45 and it arrived at 18:55! earlier then I needed it.. the delivery bloke brought no change so I didn't get any change for my order! so u rang to complain and fobbed off with £5 off next order. I kept it warm... More

We decided to try Zam Zams and were really happy that we ended up here. Lovely friendly welcome. Perfect service. Interesting range on the menu and delicious food. Will be back on our next visit. Don't be put off by the exterior.

It depends whether you like flavour and spice in your curry, but these lacked both. Presentation was missing something, too. I think we have got used to a certain style in Indian restaurants, where the dishes are presented in silver bowls kept warm over heated trays. At Zam Zam, the pre-made curry sauce gets slopped on the plate, like in... More

Back here with a few friends Wednesday night on a packed out restaurant,we where so great full that the manager found us a table even though we had forgotten to book so after a 25 minute wait we was seated by the gentleman who told us that his name was 'SANA'... Got to say even though it was packed out... More

Ordered from just eat. took over a hour to get to us. Delivery driver called to say he was on the road, rather than actually bringing it to the door, his girlfriend was with him. When we opened the food the order was cold and also wrong. I rang the resturant to explain this and their solution was call just... More

Cafe ZamZam used to be all about sharing the food, not ready plated mains where you have to slop a bit to your partner to taste. Nowhere near as busy , so what's gone wrong??? The food doesn't have the zing it used to. True, our meal for 2 came to £30 but we came away dissappointed. Sorry ZamZam, you... More

This is not the flashiest Indian restaurant in Malvern but I have found it one of the most consistent in terms of food and service. Very conveniently located at the bottom of Church Street facing the traffic lights, very handy if you are going to or from the theatre or cinema with both on and off street parking nearby. Takeaway... More

We have been coming here for many years and had been more than pleased with the service and food. This time however rather than serving the meals onto hot plates in metal bowls the food was slopped onto the plates, preventing the possibility of sharing. The rice was in bowls but cold, as were the naan breads. Everyone commented that... More
