So I've been visiting this restaurant frequently over the passed few years enjoying the quante decor and relaxed atmosphere. The food had always been ok, but I'd heard that they had recently taken on a new chef so was looking forward to tasting some new recipes. The first time we arrived we left immediately as there were screaming kids everywhere... More

I love this place! Over the last few weeks we have been for a couple of Sunday lunches, burger evenings and the pie evening with a group of friends, the food has been outstanding each and every time! The Lamb and Mint pie was a personal favourite of mine, next to the sunday lunch which was amazing!! It's such good... More

Go to the tyn regularly with several Freinds. Burger night and Sunday lunch are my personal favourites. My partner would say the pies and Sunday lunch would be hers though. I'm an avid burger eater both at home and eating out and these are definitely great. The Sunday lunch isn't only great quality but being a heavy eater and not... More

Very quiet, used to be so busy. Lamb rump dish and chilli pasta were lovely, however the pork t-bone was tough and my salmon was raw and cold in the middle. The waitress brought our puds (nice), said " you pay downstairs" and went home leaving us upstairs alone with no offer of coffees. Had to wait for ages to... More

Visited on there steak night while it seems good value the steak was very poor and full off fat on all 3 steaks we ordered.one of our table ordered the trio of lamb which was expensive and also a poor quality cut full of fat.none of us enjoyed our meals so won't be returning for food in the future

We came here for our first anniversary and it was great! Admittedly it was quite quiet but that made a nice change! The food was incredible! The lamb in particular was amazing! And very reasonably priced for the size of the portions. We also tried the soup of the day and a white choc cheesecake which were both very tasty.... More

We travel to Aber several times a year to visit our daughter at the University. We found this place after searching for a diffent venue for lunch. We must have driven past it 100 times but never noticed it before. I had tomato soup and a BLT ciabatta for lunch, washed down with a pint of we'll kept ale. All... More

Attended this splendid venue for our gathering of minds. Friendly and helpfull staff, the food was fantastic, nicely presented and extra veg was offered and graciously accepted. The duck crouton starters were divine and the beef for the main was tender AF. 10/10 would go again, and again... Yea again too.
