We are a small family run Bistro in the historic town walls of Conwy. Everything is homemade such as bread, ice cream; our menus change at least 4 times a year with the seasons. We make our own gluten free bread and adapt our menu accordingly for any dietary requirements.

We ate out at 6 different places on our recent holiday and this was our favourite. Really delicious food and well presented. Our only criticism was that it was a bit draughty from the open door.

As is generally the case with bistros, Watson’s is on the small side and tucked away in a side street but don’t let that put you off because the chef obviously knows what they’re doing. There were 4 in my party. Between us, we ordered...chicken, slow-cooked beef and sea bass. Each dish was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Portions were generous without being too big so make sure you’ve worked up an appetite beforehand, especially if you’re going for all 3 courses! There’s a decent wine list too. We really hope we get a chance to revisit Conwy and Watson’s Bistro before too long.More

We booked this restaurant based on others reviews and were not disappointed. The service and food were both excellent. The menu isn’t extensive but something for most tastes - supplemented by a specials board.. we both had fish for the main course which was perfectly...cooked and very tasty.More

We booked this Bistro for the last night of our stay in Conwy and it certainly was a case of 'saving the best until last'. The staff were very welcoming and knowledeable about the menu and wine. The ambience of the restaurant was quiet and...quite romantic. The food itself was some of the best I have had for some time. They clearly have a very good resident chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in a lovely restaurant.More

A big thank you to all the staff here for making our meal so enjoyable. The food was cooked to perfection with quality ingredients (the mackerel was so fresh and delicious) and all of the staff were very friendly. Well recommended!

Managed to get an early table despite no bookibg. Delicious food at a reasonable price from the Early Bird menu. Staff friendly and welcoming. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Very impressed and will definitely return.

This bistro was our favourite of the places we chose to eat during our stay in Conwy. Friendly efficient staff and the Early Bird menu was excellent value for money. Could not fault the food or service. Would definitely return.

Fantastic experience from start to end. Staff were attentive and friendly, giving space but there if you needed them and food was amazing. We got there at 6:30 and the staff were kind enough to let us still have the early bird menu - we...took full advantage of the 3 courses - I had pate, pork belly and custard tart. My boyfriend had fish cake, chicken and cheesecake and both couldn’t fault anything! Previous review saying that this restaurant is a hidden gem couldn’t be more correct! I just wish we were staying for longer so we could go again!More

Lovely little restaurant located under the town walls. We went for the 'early bird' deal which was very good value. Interesting menu and delicious food.

We ate at Watson's Bistro during our short break in Conwy. From the moment we stepped inside we were made to feel welcome. The service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious and was well presented with no long waiting times. We would definitely pay...a return visit if we are in the area.More
