Generous portions of excellent bistro style food, very hearty. Had a leek and potato soup that was fantastic, and a lovely beef stew. Perfect after big outdoor days in the mountains.

Took a chance and booked a table on the off chance.. We were not disappointed. The food was wonderful. Great flavours and decent portions, plus the bill was not scary. I would recommend this restaurant absolutely, oh and the staff and service were good too.

This was a wonderful recommendation by the guesthouse we were staying at. The menu is interesting and food is of a good quality as is the service. We had tried to eat there on a previous visit but it was full. It is necessary to book in advance for weekends and busy periods but well worth a visit.

World class food and great service. Pleasantly vibrant atmosphere without being too noisy. A great menu at a fair price and will definitely return again next time we're in Betwys-y Coed

We have dined at this bistro on a number of occasions and have always found the quality of food very high, the atmosphere very friendly, and the pricing reasonable

Clearly popular so who am I to judge? The wobbly table was an irritant. Ok but over - seasoned with salt steaks, vegetables served in a puddle of water in chipped china and wet unpleasant tasting potatoes described as Dauphinoise do not impress me. The first time we ate her was at best average, and I shall not bother to... More

Popped in on Sunday evening, there was a good atmosphere, friendly and efficient service. Had the lamb shank which was delicious. Well worth a visit.

We were really looking forward to eating here. On our arrival it was obvious they were over staffed and the two waitresses were stressed. Took a while for them to come over and point out our table which was in a great location by the window. We then waited ages and when our drinks order hadn't been taken I went... More

Ate here on a Monday and luckily booked in advance, there was good reason it was full. The food was amazing and the service was just as good. Wanted to eat the whole menu it looked so good but went with wood pigeon then a main of hake and crab, all cooked to perfection. Lovely little touches of free little... More
