Popped in for a quick cup of tea after climbing the mountain. The fire was roaring and although busy the host couldn't do enough to make sure we were seated. The kids had the hot chocolate and loved it. We were then brought some homemade cake 'on the house' which was delicious and very generous. I will certainly be visiting... More

It's so lovely to be invited in from the cold after a trek up and down Snowdon to have someone making you feel so welcome! There are open log fires and themed rooms to cosy up in, dogs are allowed and the owners will do whatever they can to accommodate for you and make sure you have everything you want.... More

After a long slog up and down the mountain (for novice walkers and children!) this place was like an oasis - roaring fires and the best hot chocolate and bara brith. The owners made us feel so welcome - and just fab to see they also welcome muddy boots and dogs.

After a long walk up and down, a warm pleasant welcome greeted us at the base of the Llanberis Path. Lush hot chocolate, coffee and tea along with bara brith and a bowl of water for the dogs. The proprietor gave great advice on places to visit and offered parking should we need it on a return visit. Such a... More

Came to this delightful tea rooms after a gruelling 5 and half hours climbing Snowdon. What a welcoming atmosphere, open fire and so homely. Best cup of tea, ever! And the toasted tea cakes are delicious topped with jam and whipped cream, just what we needed! Was lovely to sit by the fire to warm up, dry out and exchange... More

Following a change of plan due to weather and a cold pooch, we had the pleasure of visiting Pen-y-Ceunant Tea Rooms as we returned from the hills. A welcoming host greeted us, who made our dog at home in front of a roaring fire. A child who declared the hot chocolate the best she had ever drank and the Bara... More

Homely and welcoming. Gave us great advice on where to eat, lent us walking sticks to climb mount snowdon, best hot chocolate! And the host had plenty of stories to tell us! Faultless and made some nice friends!
