The Barn has recently been refurbished and is under new management. The staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. We went at lunch time and ordered from the bar menu. There was a good selection of items and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our food and will definitely be returning. They have a good selection of homemade cakes... More

Haven't visited for a long time, but will be definitely going again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely that you can have both menu's for the pub and tea room, so you can mix and match if you wish. We arrived fancying panini, but decided to have off the bar menu. My friend had Gammon and I had Sirloin Steak... More

Modern freshly decorated pub restaurant with friendly staff. We had a lunch there, home cooked ham and cheese panini for me and white bait for my husband, and we liked it so much we returned for an evening meal. This time I had beef stroganoff with rice and chips off the specials board and my husband had pan fried lamb... More

Myself and friends returned today after not visiting the barn for over a year, the major refurbishment looked Devine. Very cosy and spotless clean, however I thought the food was overpriced if I'm honest my bill alone came to £21.95, I had hunters chicken which was ok, a little tough when cutting through the chicken and the BBQ sauce was... 2nd visit and I couldn't wait to get back here - after following our strict bodybuilding diet we chose this place for our cheat meal and my word we certainly stocked up on great food - the desserts were delightful and we were welcomed back as the staff remembered us from our last visit, what a lovely personal touch, not... Popped in after visiting the local garden centre and googling local pubs. Google did not steer us wrong. Service there was on point, but not hanging over us every few minutes to see how we were (something I REALLY hate). Orders were taken within minutes of being there, and food was served 20-30 minutes of ordering, and it was delicious.... More

Lovely place to eat, with fantastic service and great food. We had a table of ten at the barn tonight and they couldn't of been more accommodating.
