Whenever I go to Belfast on business I go to the Mourne Seafood Bar. Fish is fabulously fresh and they know how to cook it. Always fullish but they always find a table

I agree with Ana about the lack of dress code. I don't know about the cod. Once we saw the mussels our minds were made up.... Greg
