After an awful dining experience the previous night at St James St South Bar & Grill, we went shopping to Victoria Square and popped into the Wagamammas. It was about 2.30pm, from what I could see there was only 1 waitress on shift, but how efficient she was. There was about 6/7 other tables in and no one was kept... More

The Wagamama branch is basically the same as in the other places they have opened. The ramen soup tastes great everywhere and the restaurant itself is just as openly planned as the restaurants in Dublin. However, the service needs more consistency in terms of friendliness; while some of the staff were friendly, others seemed not to really care.

I really enjoyed the laid back vibe here, sitting on the benches etc. Plenty of choice but I think maybe lacking a little in flavour. It could have been due to how busy it was so I look forward to trying it again soon.

Great meal for a quick Sunday afternoon lunch. Fast friendly service and everyone was smiling. Food was fantastic and one of the best looking chefs in the city. Definitely recommend.

We love Wagamama. It's very different from the normal. Everyone sits at big long bench's on bench seats, not overly comfortable. It's totally open plan - you can see into the kitchen which is great. The customers tend to be a young cosmopolitan crowd. The menu has something for everyone - it's where we head to when we have our... More

A few more dishes available in comparison to the last time I have been. The meal was excellent but the service is a bit slow from meet and greet to meal preparation time as the restaurant is not particularly busy as well.

I'm a recent convert to the brand and I find that their food hasn't ever let me down but it seems I'm certainly not alone in being disappointed in some really rubbish service in this branch. The food I had was fantastic but the service was a real let down. The staff were unfriendly and seemed really unmotivated - they... More

Wagamama is exactly as you'd expect from a slightly upscale fast food outlet. There's plenty of variety and the drinks options are fine too. the staff are good though and there's a causal and relaxed atmosphere in the place. For me its more a casual experience rather than a dinner out!

In town with a friend shopping and looking for somewhere nice to go for lunch and a catch up. After recommending waggamammas to my friend, we both decided to go in. Service was strange...not welcoming or friendly...just awkward. Ordered what we thought were "starters".... and the "mains" came before. When I said (to a different waitress) I had ordered a...
