Called in for a light breakfast with my mum before we went to see an exhibition at the museum. Food was tasty, a nice cup of tea and coffee, and it was reasonably priced at under 8 pounds for 2 people. However it was not clean. The table bottoms were scattered with crumbs but the worst was between the seat... More

Eaten here on many lunch occasions and I can conclude that the food and service is excellent. The prices could be reduced a bit which would intise me to return more often but for now twice a month is grand.

I was around Botanic Gardens so called here to get some lunch. Quite busy but plenty of seating. I got a toasted sandwich with a cold drink. The food was tasty and hot but there wasn't any salad or anything on the side and it looked a bit sparse to be honest. Restaurant is very clean, spacious and strangely intimate... More

This restaurant is located in the museum and very impressed. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff and great food. Had coffee and scones on arrival and after spending 3 hours round the exhibitions we called in for lunch. Sandwiches freshly made on site and homemade soup. to die for. "Not the usual canteen"

I like the Ulster Museum, and decided to pop in for a visit, and maybe a bite to eat. I only wanted something fairly light, but the pricing made me change my mind - £6.99 for a baked potato!!! Ok, it had 2 fillings and leaves, and the pre-cooked potatoes, waiting to be zapped in the microwave, looked quite big,... More

Gearard and his staff at the Museum's cafe went the extra mile for us. They helped us host what has been described by our daughter's friends as the "best birthday party ever". We were given the whole of the cafe area and were allowed to decorate it. The space was transformed to accommodate 30 kids plus parents; it looked very... More

Once I received my chicken and bacon toastie, there was very little chicken, and the bacon that I did revive was grey, this was forgivable, but when we notified the staff, a specific tall gentleman with dark hair in the style of a manbun, was particular rude, it was clear he was talking about us, to other staff members and... The cafe is inside the museum is clean bright and has good views. That's the good bits. The food is less good. We had 5 sandwiches and bottles of water that cost £44!!!!!! The sandwiches were huge lumps of bread and little filling. My lettuce was brown and wilted! Not good. I wouldn't recommend going here, bring a picnic and eat... More
