This place has no pretensions. They have a small selection of dim sum to eat in or take away. From time to time I go for a great value lunch of soup noodles with dumplings.

Called in for a quick bite, I got a bowl of broth with noodles and a box of dim sum, it was filling and tasty enough and only £6 including jasmine tea

This place is a bit out of the way and doesn't look like much from the outside! But I really liked the food, fresh and different, and it was very reasonably priced. It's quite small so is ideal for take out or a quick meal. I Will be back again!

I bought some dumplings just to try, I enjoyed the crispy meat ones, though I would have prefered if they were freshly made as they were not very crispy, but I will never eat the sesame custard ones again to tell the truth custardy goop would be a better description on the outside it looked fine but once you bit... I love this place!! I was in the area and dropped in for a quick snack. I got a fried pork bun!! Cost £1, is like a donut with minced char Sui inside and an almost soft, gelatinous and sweet batter. Very good for a pick me up!! They do fab dim sum and tea!!

I'd love to review Happy Dumplings properly but can't as I walked in and then straight back out without purchasing anything. All their dumplings are meat or fish based with no vegetarian options which was very disappointing. The guy behind the counter was as helpful as he could be and pointed out the the only vegetarian option which was the... More

This is a tiny little take away with two tables, but don't let that put you off. This is amazing. Fresh dim sum, that you can either munch there or take home. The server is knowledgeable and friendly and I would happily eat there every day.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting amazing dim sum and couldn't wait! What I received was a disappointment, they were sadly very soggy and tasteless. I wouldn't buy them again. :(

They have all the dimsung in trays, you pick what you want and they heat it up, for those who dont know dimsung is dumplings and can be deep fried or steamed.
