For a takeaway that has such a big reputation, I personally wouldn’t be in a rush to return. The premises are tiny and in summer it takes a LONG time to get served. The food is very over priced and really no better ( or...More

Food fantastic as always. My granddaughter is dairy and egg allergic. She was able to have their cod bites ad the batter is only flour and water. They were delicious and she did not feel left out of family treat. Staff were very helpful and...More

You are warned that there will be a delay as dishes are cooked fresh to order, but I thought a 15 minute wait was a little excessive even if it was busy, however when the food did arrive you understand why it's so busy as...More

Quite simply the best fish I've had in ages, possibly ever! If you are in the area get yourself a chippie from Mortons in fact go to the area for a Mortons, it's that good! Just remember to take cash.

We always visit Morton’s when we’re on holiday in Northern Ireland. The fish is lovely and fresh and chips are good too.

Great food which is fresh and well cooked. You get only a few chips included with your fish so make sure you order more. Just take note no card machine.

This has to be the worst fish shop I have ever visited. After a very long walk the children were hungry so we popped in for some chips. The chips were terrible, all different colours and shocking taste. Battered sausage had been battered all right...More

Mortons is the best known Chippie in Ballycastle by visitors but it is extremely busy during the summer. The foodi is great but locals tend to use the Golden Chip up the hill in Castle Street who some say have nicer chips.

Cannot find the opening hours, but the Facebook page for this shop does does tell you if they are open now, and how long before they close.
