Just an hour from Glasgow and a wonderful drive to get there. We didn't book and were lucky to get a table. Lovely selection of fresh fish and oysters. Little pricey but you are paying for the location ......which cannot be beaten! Lovely fish and chips and the tasting board of local delicacies was very nice.

My wife and I called in here for lunch following a long drive up from the Midlands (of England!) The reception as always was warm and hospitable. The seafood as ever was exceptional. Scallops and lobster with a good bottle of wine was perfect! Carried on with the last leg of our journey with a promise to call at the... More

We dined here on a Monday lunchtime whilst travelling north and my fiancee really wanted to visit as it had been years since we last visited. Not an overly enthusiastic greeting when we entered saw us seated. I chose fish and chips which were fine, although when dining somewhere like this I would not have expected to be handed a... More

its a must, give it a try, the dining experience is as good as a first class Glasgow or London restaurant, we enjoyed it as profesional caterers for over 35 years it was a very pleasant surprise, food really good, staff great, value for money,we will go back.

This deli and bistro produced the best mussels ever. Trioed with scallops and salmon and washed down with Rioja and muscadet you cannot fail. Service was awesome with a lovely young lady full of knowledge and enthusiasm. I would eat here every week if I lived near. Great take home food in the deli but they should stock longer life... Lovely food and good service. If you like seafood, this is the place to come. 2 main courses and 2 half portions for my kids plus non alcoholic drinks came to just under £60, however we did get the langoistines which were £25!! The deli/shop is really good also.

I dined here for a hen night with family and friends. The food was decidedly average...and a bit disappointing. My sister was pregnant at the time and asked for certain things to be removed from the plate and to ensure that the meat wall cooked thoroughly but this fell on deaf ears. The service was extremely slow - we were... More

We booked a table for 10 in the restaurant. First impression was dreadful due to the rude receptionist! There was another larger party dining so we expected a relaxed service. We were told we would have to wait until that party was served first. Not a problem but we were not given menus to look over. The guys had to... More

The six course dinner menu was changed every night and offered a great variety to chose from. No-one should walk away hungry, there was always something to please.
