We visited the Olive Garden on a one night trip as a family to Oban. Very good choice of food, plenty of variety, we choose, Steak, Rainbow Trout and Sea Bass and all was very well cooked and excellent presentation. All of the staff were very nice. Would visit again.

Ate here twice during our recent trip to Oban. Really nice, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and the food was super tasty. Would say this was allround our favourite restaurant in Oban. Would recommend as a starter the 'local scallops in Tempura batter' - as a main the special was 'Fresh Trout filet from Loch Etive with lobster... More

The Olive Garden appears to have no affiliation with the US branded restaurant chain. The atmosphere is casual and warm with a well-stocked bar incorporated in the restaurant. Food, particularly the seafood, is outstanding. Service is exceptionally friendly, pleasant and professional. Well worth a visit.

We went to this restaurant when we weren't very hungry so probably didn't do justice to it! However the mains that we had were very good with local food and traditional recipes. We were well fed and the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a good buzz of customers and the restaurant is nicely located on the quayside.

We have eaten here several times before, and never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the service excellent. Good choice of food. I am vegetarian, but there is always a few choices available for me. Also good choice of seafood/fish dishes. We will definitely return.

Live music was playing and it was a lovley atmosphere. Staff were a bit flustered and kept getting our drinks mixed up but this can be understood as the place was... More
